Too much eye candy and hand holding, and no compelling additional features that I don't already have in Windows XP.

I will eventually upgrade to 7, since Vista is a nightmare and not worth it. But not until I have no other choice, or it becomes a condition for running a game, important piece of software or work.

Windows 7 is a cash-cow product designed to sell fast and replace Vista (which was/is a nightmare to use, support and maintain). It has its plus points, and if you're buying a new computer or are stuck on Vista, go for it. But if you have a working machine, with XP, stick with it until you have no other choice.
